Managed a four-person design team covering woven shirts, outerwear, bottoms, and denim. Developed seasonal concepts and palettes for 50+ deliveries annually. Re-launched the denim category, increasing revenue from $46M to $54M in one year.
Led cross-functional teams in reworking fits, fabrics, and sourcing strategies, including bi-annual factory visits in Asia and Central America. Headed the companyās āCritical Few Initiativesā for the pants business and completed a year-long executive leadership program with Blueprint.
