The Ramble Hotel is celebrating International Women’s Day with a unique, chef-driven dinner crafted by a powerful group of women pioneering Denver’s culinary and cocktail scene. On Friday, March 8, from 7-9 p.m.,guests are invited to Vauxhall @ The Ramble Hotel to celebrate fearless and inspiring women everywhere with a four-course meal and specialty cocktail pairings. All profits benefit Girls Inc of Denver, a non-profit inspiring all girls to be strong, smart and bold through direct service and advocacy.
Combining their award-winning expertise in a one-of-a-kind dinner for 68 special guests, celebrated chefs and cocktail extraordinaire include:
Jennifer Jasinski, the 2013 James Beard Foundation Award winner for Best Chef Southwest, is the owner and executive chef of Rioja, Bistro Vendôme, Euclid Hall Bar, Kitchen, Stoic & Genuine and Ultreia (Denver);
Nadine Donovan, the executive pastry chef for Secret Sauce Food & Beverage and the mastermind behind the dessert menus for Steuben’s, Ace Eat Serve and Vesta. She has also been named Denver’s Best Pastry Chef by Westword Magazine and one of Zagat’s 30 Under 30;
Dana Rodriguez, owner of Super Mega Bien and Work & Class, and two-time James Beard Foundation Award nominee for Best Chef Southwest, along with recently being named Denver Eater’s 2018 Chef of the Year;
Kat Caine, the sous chef at Death & Co., formerly the executive chef of the Populist and a Johnson & Wales University graduate;
Alex Jump, the lead bartender at Death & Co., renowned for her specialty crafted cocktails. She was the Southwest regional winner of Speed Rack, as well as the National Winner of the Lustau Solera Standout Competition in 2017.
