Impact Dinner at Comal - April 2018 - Feat. Chef Brother Luck
Comal Heritage Food Incubator will welcome renowned chef Brother Luckfor a special edition of its monthly Impact Dinner on Wednesday, April 18 at 6 p.m. Joining forces with Comal executive chef Tim Bender, Luck will create an exclusive four-course meal complemented by beverage pairings from local hospitality industry nonprofit, Friends and Family. Tickets for the one-night-only event are $75 per person (general admission) and $125 per person for four lucky Chef’s Counter guests.
Sponsored by Goldie x Bob, an urban boutique salon in the TAXI community, April’s Impact Dinner will raise funds for Focus Points Family Resource Center, the nonprofit behind Comal, and the RiNo Art District.
Chef Luck, owner of Four by Brother Luck in Downtown Colorado Springs, is well-known for several national television appearances, reigning victorious in culinary competitions such as Bravo’s Top Chef and Food Network’s Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. For the Impact Dinner, Chef Luck will return to his roots, bringing his beloved mother to assist with cooking, along with the culinary entrepreneurs from Comal.
