COMMON GROUND(S): COFFEE EDUCATION + PUBLIC EDUCATION with Sameside

  • Copper Door Coffee Roasters 900 W 1st Ave #180 Denver, Colorado 80223 (map)

As the only female to own a coffee roasting company in Denver and former public education teacher, Hannah Ulbrich of Copper Door Roasting company has a passion for all things education: coffee education and public education.

At this event, attendees will participate in a six coffee cupping experience that focuses on taste, coffee bean origins and pairings. Cupping is a specific way to brew and taste coffee used by coffee professionals. Think wine tasting, but substitute coffee. Join us for this class as a way to learn the fundamentals, hone your cupping skills, and refine your palate.

No prior experience needed! Post coffee cupping there will be education advocacy focusing on restorative justice and education funding. Something we can all find some common ground(s) on.

Fee is 10 dollars and proceeds will go towards Criminal Justice Reform, all Equipment Included to purchase tickets, click through here.
